Beautiful new home on a large wooded lot. Ten foot high living room ceiling with fireplace, entertainment center and formal dining, also a den/office off the living room.The master bedroom suite has a fireplace while the master bath includes whirlpool and seperate shower. Special kitchen cabinets and so many more fine details.

Lot Cleared, Hole dug, and Forms ready for pour! |
10" Thick, Steel Reinforced concrete wall with water sealer and 1" of insulation added on exterior walls before backfilling. |
Engineered space joists 16" on center provide extra strength. They allow water lines, electric, and heating to be hidden away. |

| The decking of 3/4 inch tongue and groove oriented strand board(OSB) is glued and nailed over the floor joist and the 2x6 exterior walls are erected. |
The framing is completed and covered with 1/2 inch OSB then wrapped with Tyvek- an exterior water vapor protection. Engineered roof trussing adds strength and uniformity. |
The roof sheeting is completed and roofers cover the roof with "felt" then add a 30 year Dimensional shingle by ELK. |
Specially designed Anderson transom windows are added in the 10 foor high living room as Bill completes the interior framing. |

| With the home closed up, interior electrical and plumbing begins. |
The floor space joists (as seen from the basement) now hide the electric, plumbing, and heat runs, so any basement rec room will have a flat high ceiling. |
Six inch thick insulation Batts are added to the walls of the master bedroom - Note: the framing in the right corner for the bedroom fireplace. |
Sheetrock(blueboard) now covers the walls as the workman completes the dining room arches in preparation for plastering. |

| The men tape and plaster the seams and then apply two coats of plaster to finish the walls. |
After the plaster has dried the walls are primed then finish painting is completed. |
Workers from "Nothin But Decks" install the railing on the back deck which has access from both the master bedroom and dining area. |
The masons begin the exterior bricking. A heated plastic tent is erected around the brick laying to insure quality production. |

The masons add the detail brick and coined corners to the front door area.
|
"Professional Heating" completes the furniture installation while "Schroeder Plumbing" installs piping inside the tile floor trusses.
|
"Showcase Kitchens" adds a special shaker design to the kitchen cabinets. Note the glass doors and corian counter tops.
|
A tile surround that matches the foyer tile is placed around the living room fireplace with magnigicent maple mantel.

| The spacious laundry room is designed for efficient use of counter space - Note the slide under baskets. |
Six panel birch doors with extra wide trim is throughout the home - Note the attention given the miter joint. |
The master bath is decorated with spectacular art glass panels from Anderson Windows above the two person whirlpool tub surrounded by tile. |
The attention to detail is most evident in the foyer entrance and dining area - Note the arches, lighting, and beautiful tile. |
